Both are equipped with every comfort to ensure guests a comfortable and relaxing stay. The apartments can be accessed by convenient independent entrances. The rooms are air conditioned and free services such as private parking and WiFi connection are available. |

| STRUCTURE RULES OF STAY: |
| Check-In |
|
Check-in time at the property must be between 16:00 and 20:00. The rules of the house require that you communicate your arrival time to the property in advance. Arrivals from 20:00 to 23:00 have a surcharge of EUR 30. Arrivals after 23:00 have a surcharge of EUR 60. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. |

| The check-out time from the property at the end of the stay must be between 8:00 and 10:00. |
| Payment |
|
Upon confirmation of the reservation, the guest is required to pay a deposit equal to 30% of the total price. The balance of the total price by the guest must be paid upon delivery of the apartment. |
| Tourist tax |
|
The tourist tax is due in the amount of Euro 0.80 per person per day. The total amount due by guests as a tourist tax must be paid in a single solution and in cash at our facility. |
| Cancellation of reservation |
|
Cancellation of the reservation of the stay at our facility is free if and only if made within 7 days of the arrival date indicated in the reservation itself. In August mounth, cancellation of the your stay reservation at our facility is free if and only if made within 14 days of the arrival date indicated in the reservation itself. |
| Children |
|
Children of all ages are welcome to our facility. Our regulation provides that: children aged 5 and over must pay the full rates for their stay at our facility. |
| Cribs |
|
Cribs are subject to availability. The cot, complete with sheets, costs € 10.00 (Euro Ten/00) per child per night. The price of the cot is not included in the total amount and must be paid separately during the stay. |
